DAY 01
  • KOLKATA - YANGON (By Flight)

    Leave from Kolkata. On arrival at Yangon meet & enjoy Half day city tour, including Shwedagon Pagoda. Transfer to Hotel. Check-in Hotel. Evening visit Night Bazaar - take a walk into the hustle and bustle of down town Yangon & discover its amazingly varied and colourful culture with this fascinating walking tour. Explore the lively streets with uncountable street vendors and tea shops on the sidewalks. It is also interesting to enjoy local street food in order too have wonderful Asian experience. Dinner & Overnight.

DAY 02
  • YANGON - MANDALAY (By Flight)

    Breakfast. Enjoy halfday city tour passing by Strand Hotel, Mahabandoola Garden and Independence Monument along the way. Then visit Little India and Chinatown, a colorful cacophony of restaurants, temples and markets.Visit Botataung Pagoda. The 40 metre high golden pagoda is an impressive site from the outside and inside there is a mini museum displaying many interesting items including the sacred relic of legend. This is the site where the brothers arrived back in Yangon, greeted by the king and his soldiers. Botataung means ‘1000 soldiers’ and was built by one of the brothers specifically to house this relic and explore the daily life of people around jetty and Yangon River view for photoshoot.From here, continue to Shwedagon Pagoda the most revered Buddhist temple in Myanmar. Enjoy breathtaking views of the golden stupa from this vantage point. After tour transfer to the Yangon Airport for the flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival Mandalay Airport meet & transfer to the hotel for check in and relax. Dinner. Overnight in Mandalay.

DAY 03
  • MANDALAY – MINGUN – MANDALAY 

    Breakfast. Morning transfer to the Mandalay jetty and board a private local boat for a 1-hr cruise on the Irrawaddy River to Mingun. Visit the main sites of Mingun beginning with the famous Mingun Pahtodawqyi. Visit at the beautiful white Hsinbyume Pagoda whose distinctive style is meant to resemble the mythical Mount Meru. Then, see the Mingun Bell which weighs 90 tons and is considered the world’s largest uncracked ringing bell. Return to Mandalay by boat to continue visit the sightseeing tour of Mandalay with a visit to Mahamuni Pagoda. Evening visit to Indian community area, Hindu Temples, Zaygyo Market. Continue tour of Mandalay with a visit to Kuthodaw Pagoda, whose 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures have earned it the title ‘World’s Biggest Book’. Continue to Shwenandaw Monastery, the only remaining building from the 19th century Royal Palace. Head to the top of Mandalay Hill as the sun begins to set to enjoy magnificent views of the city and Irrawaddy River. Dinner. Overnight in Mandalay.

DAY 04
  • MANDALAY – MEIKHTILA – NYAUNG SHWE – INLE LAKE 

    Breakfast. depart from Mandalay to Nyaung Shwe via Mekhtila road. Arrive Nyaung Shwe, along the way, stop at the wooden Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery which features beautiful carvings and a collection of Buddha images. Upon reaching the edges of Inle Lake, board a private motorboat to head out to Inle Lake, one of Myanmar’s most spectacular sights. And then transfer to the hotel for check in and relax. Dinner & Overnight in Inle Lake.

DAY 05
  • INLE LAKE – INDEIN - INLE LAKE 

    Breakfast .Visit on Ine Lake, pass villages built on stilts over the lake, inhabited by the local Intha people. Observe the leg-rowing fishermen and see their floating gardens built up from strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. Visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the lake’s main sanctuary, which contains five sacred Buddha images covered in gold leaf. Explore the local crafts of Inle Lake with a stop at the weaving village of Inpawkhone and a cheroot factory, where the typical Burmese cigars are made by hand.From the middle of the lake, continue down a small canal leading to the Pa-oh village of In Dein. Explore the area on foot, strolling around the village and wander through the beautiful Alaung Sitthou area. Alaung Sitthou is filled with picturesque ancient stupas and has magnificent views of the lake below. Dinner & Overnight on Inle Lake.

DAY 06
  • INLE LAKE – NYAUNG SHWE – MT POPA – BAGAN 

    Breakfast . Morning transfer to Jetty and then drive to Bagan. Along the way, stop to visit Mt Popa is a place of great importance to the Burmese who believe it is the house of 37 Nats, Burmese ancient animist spirits. The shrine is located on a volcanic plug, Taung Kalat, and with your guide you will walk up the almost 900 stairs to the top. On arrival in Bagan, transfer to your hotel for check in and relax. From the 11th to 13th centuries, when Bagan was the capital of Myanmar, the rulers constructed thousands of huge stupas and temples many of which are still standing today on the banks of the Irrawaddy River. Dinner & Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 07
  • BAGAN (By Flight)

    Breakfast. Today’s journey will begins with a visit the colorful Nyaung Oo Market where villagers gather every day to buy and sell their produce and other goods then visit an elevated temple from where you will have a panoramic view of the magnificent plains of Bagan. Continue with a visit to the golden stupa of Shwezigon Pagoda for an introduction in to Bagan’s rich history. Then, visit to nearby Wetkyi-In Gubyaukgyi, a cave temple with exquisite jataka mural paintings and the elegant Htilominlo Temple, noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decorations. Continue to Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece and one of Bagan’s most beautiful temples. From here, travel by horse cart for a tour passing That byinnyu, the highest temple in Bagan, massive Dhammayangyi Temple, noted for its remarkable brickwork, and Sulamani Temple. Enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the plains from the upper terrace of one of the temples.Dinner.Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 08
  • BAGAN – YANGON – KOLKATA (By Flight)

    Breakfast. Day free till departure. Check out at noon then transfer to Airport for flight to Kolkata via Yangon.
